Description
This article describes how to add other users to the licensing portal to view licensing or to give them administrator access to make changes. Note: You must be a Portal Administrator or an Ansys Support Coordinator to add users.
Solution
- Sign into https://licensing.ansys.com
- Enter your customer # or company name in the search bar, then select your company.
- Click Add Contact > enter the email address and then specify License Portal Viewer for view only access or License Portal Administrator.
Note: Only your SimuTech Account Manager can specify an Ansys Support Coordinator.
