HOW TO - Obtain Elastic License Server Credentials

Description
An Ansys user in your company needs the elastic server ID and PIN in order to enable elastic licensing in their client. Note: You will need to be a Portal Administrator or Ansys Support Coordinator to provide this information to your user.
Solution
- Sign into licensing.ansys.com and search for your company either by customer number or name.
- Click on Elastic Credentials
- Click on Export ID & PIN.
- Share the JSON file with the user that needs access.
