When running solves through RSM, the job is using two licenses instead of one.

Description/Cause
The setting “Solve in synchronous mode” is enabled or “Release License for pending jobs is not set to” Always."

Solution
Disable Solve in Synchronous Mode
Disable Solve in synchronous mode by going into the Solve Settings>Advanced and unchecking the box:
Set Release License for pending jobs to Always
In Workbench go to Tools > Options > Mechanical > set Release license for pending jobs to “Always.”
