In this case, error occurs when attempting to launch Fluent.
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

- Corrupt installation of Ansys
- Corrupt installation of Windows

Solution
- Comprehensively uninstall Ansys
- Check Windows Health
- Reinstall Ansys
