ERROR
Error occurs when trying to open a project that you were able to open previously.
The design point file to be loaded does not exist:Path to file location\designPoint.wbdpSoftware & Version

Description/Cause
In this case, the file that it could not load was being actively scanned by CrowdStrike which is anti-virus software.
*The cause(s) we identified in this documented instance may not be the only cause(s) for this error.
Solution
