ERROR - Cannot Sign in to SpaceClaim 2023R2 with a Named User Account

When using the Discovery Licensing Mode Manager to switch from Floating to Subscription mode, you are not presented with a login prompt to sign into SpaceClaim with a named user account.

Cause is unknown at this time. Ansys Development Team is currently looking into this issue.
