This error occurs when trying to solve and save a model.

Description/Cause
In this case, the hard drive on the workstation was failing.

Solution
Solution 1 - Attempt to Repair the Drive/Check Windows Health
Solution 2 - Replace the Drive
- You will need to involve your IT department to have the drive replaced if unable to repair.
