                          Entitlements > Leases/Perpetuals
                          Please contact your sales representative to request a machine change.

                          Description/Cause

                          At the time of this article was created, only a limited number of customers have access to view or download their license(s) via the licensing portal.  If you are receiving this message, this means you do not have access.

                          Solution

                          1. Follow one of the processes below, depending on what you are trying to do.
                            1. Contact your SimuTech Account manager and request access.
                            2. HOW TO - Obtain Your Ansys License File
