ERROR - Creo Toolkit Startup Errors

ERROR

When launching Creo the following error is reported:

Creo Toolkit registry file C:\Program Files\ANSYS Ic\v222\aisol\CADIntegration\ProE\ProEPages\confid\WBPlugInPE.dat: application ‘WB222PluginProWF’ failed to start; see trailfile for details.

Creo Toolkit registry file C:\Program Files\ANSYS Ic\v222\aisol\CADIntegration\ProE\ProEPages\confid\WBPlugInPE.dat: application ‘ac4pro222dll’ failed to start; see trailfile for details.

Software & Version

Workbench 2022R2 with Creo 8.0.5.0*

*This example was taken from this version, but is not necessary limited to this version.

Description / Cause

The error was caused by necessary installation options not being selected in Creo.

Solution

When installing Creo be sure to select the following options. If Creo is already installed, an uninstall and reinstallation with the following options selected is required.
