ERROR - No valid INCREMENT lines were found

When installing a license you receive the following error. Experienced on License Manager version 2021 R2.
2021/09/18 17:01:26: Did not upload file - Error: No valid INCREMENT lines were found in the license file
This was caused because all product licenses in this file are temporary (leases/evaluations/tech pools) and have expired.
Open the license file and verify the product is a temporary license and that the expiration date has expired. Assuming this is accurate, your product license is no longer valid and cannot be installed. Please contact your SimuTech account manager.
