ERROR - Access to the file was denied/couldn't be accessed when using automated installer

ERROR
When using the automated installer to install Ansys applications, you are able to sign in but then receive an error message that access to the file was denied or that your file couldn't be accessed.

Access to the file was denied
The file at
file:///C:/Users/Username/AppData/Local/Temp/ans_install_tmpXXXXX/submit_form_on_load.html is not readable. It may have been moved or removed, of file permissions may be blocking access.
ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
Your file couldn't be accessed
It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Description/Cause
The automated installer was not run with Run as Administrator rights.

Solution
- Right click Ansysinstaller.exe and select Run as Administrator
- Sign in with your Ansys Account to proceed with installation
