                          Error occurs after clicking Start on a Fluent job.

                          Unexpected license problem; exiting

                          Description/Cause

                          This is a generic error message that occurs when Shared Web licensing is enabled (but not in use) in Client License Settings:

                          *The cause(s)/solution(s) we identified in this documented instance may not be the only cause(s)/solution(s) for this error.

                          Solution

                          1. Launch Ansys Licensing Settings 202X with Run as Administrator rights.
                          2. Toggle the switch to disable Web Licensing and click Save.
                          3. Launch Fluent again.

                          Warning

                          You will likely receive another license error upon running Fluent again. Please search our knowledgebase for the new license error.
