ERROR - Ribbon/Toolbar Missing From Fluent

After launching Fluent, the ribbon/toolbar is missing, including option to reset window layout:

Description/Cause

Window layout configuration files have become corrupted and need to be regenerated.

Solution

Close all Ansys applications
In File Explorer, type %userprofile% in the navigation bar and hit enter
Rename the file ".cxlayout.ini" to ".cxlayout_old.ini
Rename the folder ".fluentconf" to ".fluentconf_old" (if the folder exists)
Reopen Fluent to regenerate the configuration files
