ERROR - Ribbon/Toolbar Missing From Fluent

Error
After launching Fluent, the ribbon/toolbar is missing, including option to reset window layout:

Description/Cause
Window layout configuration files have become corrupted and need to be regenerated.
Solution
- Close all Ansys applications
- In File Explorer, type %userprofile% in the navigation bar and hit enter
- Rename the file ".cxlayout.ini" to ".cxlayout_old.ini
- Rename the folder ".fluentconf" to ".fluentconf_old" (if the folder exists)
- Reopen Fluent to regenerate the configuration files
