                          Description/Cause

The Ansys Product Improvement Program is interfering.

*The cause(s)/solution(s) we identified in this documented instance may not be the only cause(s)/solution(s) for this error.

                          Solution

                          1. Open a File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v###\Config\
                          2. Here we'll have to edit the security settings for the file ANSYSProductImprovementProgram.txt.  Right click the file -> Properties -> Security tab -> Edit -> Select Users in the upper windows, and check the box for full control in the lower window, then apply and ok:
                            1. Now edit that same file and change on to off, save and close.
