                          Attempting to search for your company by name or customer number in licensing.ansys.com gives “no customers found” in results.

                          Ansys Licensing Portal

                          Description/Cause

                          You do not have access permissions to your companies licensing portal with the account you are signed in with.

                          Solution

                          1. Identify who your company's Ansys Support Coordinator or License Portal Administrator is.  If you are unsure who that is, please contact your SimuTech Account manager or contact our support team. 
                          2. Next, have your ASC / License Portal Administrator add you as a user.

                          I am the ASC but don't have access

                          This means one of two things:

                          • You logged in with a different email address then you used with SimuTech at the time of purchase.  You must login using the same email.
                          • Your customer account does not have access to manage your licenses via the Licensing Portal (not all accounts do).  To manage your license or request access to the Licensing Portal, please contact your SimuTech Account manager.
