Backup applications such as but not limited to OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox and other file synchronization solutions have been known to cause project corruption and missing files. This can be due to files being locked by the backup software. OneDrive in particular can cause poor performance during solves if a large amount of I/O is required.
It is our recommendation that you do not store active jobs in locations that are synced by the file synchronization software. These locations are typically Desktop, Documents and Pictures. Archived jobs can be stored in these locations to be backed up.
